Publications

From time to time GEMK publishes materials. The most recent is a Key Stage 3 Citizenship folder on Waste Minimisation. This was produced in 2003 as a finale to a project called Commonwealth Common Waste. There are no more hard copies available, but the pdf files can be read and downloaded. Comments are always welcome.

In conjunction with Living Archive, another local organisation, GEMK produced an exhibition and Teachers' Pack called MEMK (Multi Ethnic Milton Keynes). These built on oral history work undertaken by Living Archive over several years, recording the stories of six different cultural groups who have come to live in Milton keynes: Afro-Caribbean, Asian, Ghanaian, Hong Kong Chinese, Italian, and Somali. The exhibition can be hired from GEMK.
